The LaunchPoint Purpose
LaunchPoint Fitness Training is a unique personal training service that trains clients to eventually workout independently. I created LaunchPoint Personal Training after witnessing dozens of friends and acquaintances avoiding the gym because they didn’t feel equipped to navigate strength training. Fundamentally, the six-week blocks are progressive overloads, that will gradually increase the demands placed on the body over time to stimulate muscle growth and fitness. However, each session is a structured learning experience designed to teach you how to train safely and effectively without a personal trainer, while we get you strong and fit. LaunchPoint athletes are ready to make meaningful changes, and need help getting started. I am ready to take the intimidation out of the gym for you. My clients are individuals creating lives that support longevity, vitality, and want the ability to move freely and live fully. They value quality, and are excited about commitment to a goal. My clients just needs a little accountability and knowledge to get started.
To understand if we are the right fit, let’s have a 30-minute conversation about your goals and your “why.” This conversation will helps us both understand what you’re looking for, and whether we’re the right fit to work together.
